Poor service
I bought at Telstra watch samsung active 2, currently buying Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2, receive as a gift Akg Y100 Wireless Blue headphones. In the Telstra showroom, no one told me about the promotion and did not give me headphones and did not even warn that there is such a promotion, for example, but in a specific Telstra center they end. There was no information about this offer anywhere in the Telstra salon, only the Telstra website. A complete nightmare, meeting at one store can get this headset while the other doesn't even tell you about this promotion. What is it all about service. The product will also not be returned.
