I tried to cancel during my trial period but it was so difficult to cancel That I missed the trial limit and was charged. Then I successfully cancelled my service and was still charged the following month. I want a refund and this service canceled.
I cancelled the account 2 years ago and today I found out that dazn went back and charged me for another year! Your database really stinks… User’s recommendation: provide of phone # where the customers can contact you.

I was charged two months when I had already cancelled my account. I will ask for help from my financial institution. User’s recommendation: Do not subscribe.
