For some time now, DHL packages from Germany have been coming through Itella. According to a document available on their own website, the delivery must be 'door to door'. (http://www. itella.org/attachment/Conditions-for-DHL-parcels-deliveries. pdf) For some time now, deliveries have been made to their pick-up points, not to their homes. This is not what is meant by the phrase 'courier delivery', which is actually paid for. Also, if you manage to 'persuade' Itella to bring the package home, you may not be able to dream about delivery to the door. This is, in principle, blatant fraud. I recommend anyone facing this, or any other problems with delivery, to write a complaint both to [hide] @itella. com ',both directly to DHL Deutschland. The only hope is to drop long enough until either the Finnish parent company brings order to the corner office they own in LV or DHL simply terminates the contract with them.
