dmv overpayment because of a mistake by the finance manager joe

I purchased a new vehicle from Villa Ford and Joe their finance manager Incorrectly listed my vehicle weight at 15, 000 pounds instead of 7840 pounds which cost me substantially more in DMV overweight fees on a new 2019 Ford super duty F350.
