Management inconsistency
The management of Pty. Rigas Veselibas centrs is acting inconsistently. For the third time in six years, the position of customer service manager is being created. This post was last vacated a year ago. This does not indicate good corporate governance and management's vision of the company's structure and work planning. The question is: how many competent people run this municipally owned business?
