Undelivered shipment

Two weeks FedEx cannot deliver my shipment from Euronics. Does not respond to letters and news on the website. At first I contacted the euroics and found out that the parcel did not arrive at the parcel terminal and that it would be brought by the courier, and I will receive a message from FedEx. FedEx confirmed this. I waited for the news for three days. Interested in I looked at where the shipment is and I see - it was delivered two days ago! Where and to whom?! I still haven't received a response.
