Defective air conditioner remote

The office is closed – I purchased an air conditioner today from Costco and after installation realized the remote control is defective. Would you be able to send me another remote control as opposed to me taking the entire unit back?

Horrible. Don’t buy anything from them.

We bought the 11 cu ft refrigerator without freezer in October 2017. It is now May 2018, and it makes a terrible noise here and there when the compressor is running, and will not cool any lower than 50 degrees. Terrible Custom Service

I received one of their microwaves as a house warming gift when I moved from New Jersey to Tennennesee. When I took it out of the box it was damaged. I called several times to find a solution and they refuse to help me. I am extremely disappointed with the service.
