Poor service

I ordered goods from Germany. The German side is supplied by Dhl, our side by itella. The sender's website shows that something is not right with the package. I started tracking - itella's website shows that the shipments placed in the smartpost Sunshine Coast, waiting for the recipient. To receive the package I need a pin code, which itella has sent me by sms or email. I have not received any sms or email with the code, the message that the packages have arrived, nothing. What do I do now? Will the storage time be over and send the parcels back? Can't you really send the message that the package is present and the code?
