Catastrophic lack of management
Hello! Visitors have complained about the low quality of service at MyPizza. We had visited MyPizza at Laima's clock before 18:00 for dinner before the theater. There were only 3 or 4 waiters in total for the entire indoor hall and outdoor terrace (which, by the way, is already in full swing). At the moment, I don't even want to discuss the quality of food and service, but it is clear that the management of these companies has no understanding of the number of waiters required in their institutions, no even a super good waitress can serve 7-10 tables at a time. My Pizza executives - look at what's going on in your businesses - people are frustrated because no one puts them do not wait, the waiters run around the hall like a fire, customers wait for the menus for 15-20 minutes or just go and pick them up themselves, the waiters do not have time to say good appetite or ask how tasted, the bills have to wait 10-20 minutes. All this is more like the level of bistros, maybe then move to this level of service, then there will be no complaints from visitors, because right now you are just making fun of your waiters working in your institutions. I wonder what salaries you pay them, maybe very, very good? Then I would try to understand them...
