Very delays in deliveries

FedEx courier has already picked up the shipment from the FedEx sorting point on 14. 12. 2020. early in the morning, but still 17. 12. 2020. in the evening nothing is delivered to the parcel terminal, a full four-day shipment is transported by courier car There are two such undelivered shipments. On the part of the FedEx, zero answer... I even offer to pick it up from the courier at the parcel terminal, if everything is full, or go after it, but do not communicate with the FedEx
