Never receive the correct mug I ordered

CVS has a terrible set up for customer service–I have to pay to get my question and problem solved? You have to be kidding—I just won’t order any more for CVS with this customer service…I did not even pay yet for the steelsteel mug I ordered–I just wanted the product–to late I will take it elsewhere…lost customer.

My son graduation announcements are not what i was expecting. Can i get a refund if i bring them back? The quality is not something that i want to mail out to are family and friends. So i went somewhere else to have the announcement made.
