Frustration getting phone answered for pharmacy calls

Called pharmacy waiting on hold on 2 phones for over 20 minutes. Often just give up.inadequate staff apparently. Ongoing problem not just once or twice. User’s recommendation: Find another pharmacy.

Need help with previous CVS app account

I tried to use my email address ckassir@***.net and it indicated there was no account with that email address I tried another email I use occasionally caryakassir@***l same thing. I created a new account with the ckassir@***.net when I tried to access prescription management it said it was with another account Please assist
