The driver delivered my new one but refused to take old one away told me to ring customer service which I did but was told cant pick it up it says in the currys log on line that you do she said he didn’t have enough petrol is this a joke a very upset customer
Tried Partmaster, Buy Spares and E-spares but none of them have the correct replacement control knobs in white. My appliance was purchased December 2016, so it is not old. Hi I bought a dryer 2019 November. It stopped working October 2020 which was underGuarantee it was repaired. It has now broke down again June 2021. It 1 year 7 month I’m sure your dryers are supposed to last longer than this

Thx for getting in touch. The good news is that Yes. Currys have been in touch, and they say they have emailed the store in question and once they receive an update they will email me with more information. Mind you they have been fobbing me off for the last six months.
