Discontinued Xmas card

About 5-6 wks ago, I decided to get personalized return address labels for my Christmas cards. Took forever to get the job done on my tiny phone but I submitted it exactly the way I wanted it. After dealing with them for 20+ years, I am done. Their products were fine way back then but they decided to bury themselves with sloppy practices and inferior cards. They consistently screw up every order. After assurances from ‘customer service” that the missing…

Fraud

We are turned off the water several times a month, without any notice. Yes, sometimes they do say that there will be no water, and at least they can prepare. But I'm sorry, the water is turned off without warning (for whole days). Now an outdoor pandemic, an outdoor coward, so you have to work from home, so the water is vital at the moment. Very unpleasant. It is a pity that Melbourne Water and Canberra's homeowner have a monopoly, without competition, they have no desire to improve the quality of services and even more they steal our water. Every month there is a bill for your water + the difference in water consumption, which is not understood as calculated, because we all understand by ordinary arithmetic that if people have the opportunity to pass their meters for 3-4 days, but the company will read from the total most likely on the last day, this means that there will always be a difference that will be paid twice.
