Optus completely lies to people about the amount of bills! a couple of months ago I gave up for 6 months. from the service! The operator said that to keep the line for them for 6 months. bus fare a little more than 4 Ls. now the card has arrived for more than 31 AU$! and the debt + penalty interest! I wanted to know if there is any way to prove that the operator has given me false information and noticed!?
