Black is coming off where coffee pot sits. Owned less then one year. Very expensive for this to look this way. We don’t use it every day.

Poor service, lying to customers
with delivery date set! So on June 23 I ordered a smartphone and made a full prepayment, on June 25 I received a confirmation that the payment has been received, so I start counting the delivery time 5-8 working days.
