I don't know if I've only noticed, or are there others, that the staff at Telstra's customer service centers are quite unkind against customers. I encountered it again yesterday and this is not the first time. It can be argued, of course, that they have a "hard" job and that people are often rude themselves, but it is their job that is specific, responsive and at least gives the impression that the questions people ask are not stupid. This level of service does not create a good reputation for the company as a whole. I met Shopping Mall Origo with especially kind service staff of Telstra centers. I hope you can fix it. Sincerely,
