Nightmare
I will never return to this institution in my life! And I do not recommend going there for others. My problem was the wisdom tooth of the plant. It didn't hurt at first, but on Friday afternoon I started to feel such pain that I couldn't take it anymore. I called my dentist, but she could no longer accept, so I had to look for another clinic. I found Denta, a great description on the website, seemed like a good institution. I called to find out how I can apply. I found out that the doctor on duty starts working from 5 pm. Then I drove (from the egg) in time to be in the front row. When I got to Denta and went to the 24-hour office, I had to be disappointed. The doctor there announced that her shift was over and that the doctor on duty was coming at 19. 00. We went to the reception to find out where the duty doctor who works from 17. 00 is. But then the nightmare started. The woman there stated that the doctor on duty was from 19. 00 and that he knew nothing about 17. 00. Respectively, I was put in the role of a fool. Good thing I wasn't alone. My husband began to explain everything, but the point was small. Say let's sit and wait. It's nothing that we were there before 17. 00 and the doctor will be, after 2h... But that's not all.. We have to wait outside, at the office where the doctor on duty will meet. Well, you can wait inside, but then don't cry if you're not the first in line... We went to the car, sat down, warmed up, figured out what to do... After 30 minutes we go back. But there are already 7 people ahead. I had to explain that we were already here at 17. 00, that we are the first... When I approached 19. 00 I was overwhelmed, my tooth ached even more, because standing in the street for more than an hour in January is not pleasant. The doctor came, I got inside. I couldn't understand if it was a stray student or what. But this doctor was a very young man who barely spoke Australian, did not even understand which tooth I was talking about... Hardware old, room cold... He gave me choices, also with a tooth: 1. Antibiotics, 2. Open gums, 3. Pull out. To get away faster I said that antibiotics and peace... I paid 10 dollars and went back despite looking... In an institution like that, such a doctor would not allow me to cut or pull anything...
