Damaged Products
2020. I used the services of the dry cleaner "CLEAN CONTROL" in Shopping Mall RIMI Lielupe 2 times and both times I came across an unpleasant surprise - the items given for cleaning were damaged! The first time the women's down jacket was cleaned, which damaged the fittings and after a few days of wearing the jacket the tone changed, while the second time 2 children's down jackets were cleaned, which not only damaged the fittings of both jackets, but also tore the pocket and sleeve. In the order acceptance receipt, the dry cleaning staff stated both times - "Without claims to the cleaning process and fittings, hidden defects may appear" and even if this is legally sufficient to avoid a complaint about the loss of fittings, how to perceive the other defects. I don't know how other products are cleaned, but I definitely do not recommend cleaning down jackets in CLEAN CONTROL dry cleaners!
