Damaged suit and coat
Hello! I would like to make my claims. At Shopping Mall Mol, I had handed over my coat and man's suit. In the cleaning room, after a few days I received a coat with chamfered press studs, but a suit with a fired sleeve. The coat was previously covered with thin faux leather and two of the six buttons are worn. I understand that the chemical rewinder is not responsible for the buttons, but the receptionist still had to look and warn that this could happen and I would not hand over the coat. The suit can now be thrown in the trash, but the coat needs to look for new push buttons and take it for repair.
