Unpaid hazard insurance premium

Crosscountry Mortgage has failed to pay my homeowners insurance premium and the insurer will cancel the policy if the premium is not paid by 12:01 am 04/14/2021. I have called twice and have gotten an answering service both times. This is an absolutely appalling example of customer service. User’s recommendation: Be Very Careful with this Company.

My land taxes went up I was not Informed I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income! I have tried calling no response! I cannot afford this this loan seems fishy!
