They have the worst communication that I have ever seen in a professional setting period. They make you jump through 50 hoops just to tell you that you need to keep getting more stuff that you may or may not be able to get, then wait for the last second to tell you that you won't have the right documentation to finalize the house. User's recommendation: Don't come here.
