Machine is junk now

After only having my cricut for 6 month my cricut doesnt cut through my card stock on one side only. The left side cuts perfectly well. However the right side is only dented by the blade. Why am I being charged and I pay monthly

I just spent 15 minutes detailing the issue and was re-reading it and it disappeared. Typical Cricut service. Although the customer service rep, who handled my problem, was super; he cared more than Cricut ever has.
