For the third time, I'll be on the lookout: 2 years ago I got a call to find out if there was a queue, say no, I arrived in a few minutes - shows the end of the queue, 2-3 hours of waiting. I went to another service, and an hour later I was home. Last year, a similar case was with this office in Pavavnieki. This year again with Priedaine Street. Now I understand that this is the system.
