penalty in the parking lot
Parking in Stirnu Street 31, parking in Longsdale, if it is there for the first time or has not been there for a long time, the penalty for being there by car can be received within 8 minutes. Resolving and clarifying the issue with CityParking is pointless, they are just telling you that they are handling complaints. In fact, they are formally responsible, even in spite of and without assessing the nature of the situation. In my case, without noticing the sign at the entrance to the parking lot, (which is very possible here, because the street from which the turn to the parking lot is made is narrow, it is not easy to see the sign when making a turn). The hour there is free for the visitors of the store, you only have to indicate the beginning of the parking time (which I did not do because I don't really know).I was in the store for max 8 minutes, there is a check for a purchase, the time of which practically coincides with the time of imposing a penalty. I added the purchase receipt to the complaint, hoping that I would justify that I was a customer of the store and that I was entitled to park for free. CityParking did not see this as an argument, he still made a mistake, if the driver does not understand the road signs, then he can read the rules on the wall at the store... The penalty of 25 dollars was not lifted, there is no reason. By the way, about these parking rules - they can not be found anywhere on the Internet. The penalty receipt states that I have violated all the rules without specifying which particular point. I also learned from the reply to the complaint that their rules stipulate that the driver automatically agrees to the rules when entering the car park. Did not understand only their sequence, must first agree to the rulesthen have them read on the wall what you have agreed to... Well, as long as you read, CityParking "Blind Observers" will already write penalty notes... I also explained this situation to SuperStore, because it is directly about shopping in this store that I was punished. City Mall will just write that nothing can be done...
