Poor service

I have been a Oceancom customer for more than 10 years. All bills have always been paid and there have been no problems. The thing is that at the beginning of November I paid the bill for November. Well, December is approaching and I received another invoice for the films I ordered. Okay, the kids squeezed and bought some movies.
