Cowell Volkswagon – Shady practice, use Extreme Caution

Cowell Volkswagon in Richmond, BC, Canada – These folks took full advantage of elderly people, charging them MSRP rates, $500 doc fees + $500 Prep fees, and selling them useless additional insurance policies.
