Attitude towards the customer
I would like to share my bad experience with Winston's Antique Wood company. In August, I bought 3 pieces of furniture - one of which was a chest of drawers, by which we make a shorter to fit in the space provided. As the sales representative said - since the chest of drawers has to be made anew, then there is no problem to make it 10 cm shorter. It was a big surprise to us when we brought the chests of drawers we found that the contract was not taken into account and the chest of drawers has been returned in the standard version and does not enter the niche. So initially the cooperation and negotiations went smoothly, then at the end of August it didn't even occur to me in my mind that the tragic epic with a chest of drawers would require so much nerve and will continue until December.I have not heard any promises at the time - let's take the chests back and fix them for a while, another day that we will do it again and it is still not possible to fix it and so on. i. Once the day has been arranged and transport is waiting, it turns out that the "only" bus is not available in all of Winston. It is felt that the company is at least behind the Arctic Circle and is going there so bravely. To despair. The amazing ability to create the feeling all the time now that everything will be solved. Think twice before you buy something from this company - the furniture is beautiful, but if something goes wrong, it may soon happen that after buying a tail will start to bloom. than to expect that in reality the problem will be solved. Badly.
