Poor service, non-observance of deadlines
I ordered a table in the online store, with the possibility to buy it on lease. I was quickly called after the order and I was told that I would have to wait 3-4 weeks, which I agreed to. I left the place and signed a contract, everyone was kind and responsive, the store was tidy. Waited and said he would call when there was a table on the spot. A month passed, there was no call, I waited another week and then I called myself. At the other end, a very talkative guy who told about the situation, that the carriers have changed and they have unplanned problems and to make a temporary for another 1-2 weeks. Of course I didn't expect anything. A week later I called again and inquired. Once again, I was nicely told that I had to wait another week for everything to be packed in there and to be delivered soon. Of course,nothing and again the current week in a circle and the promises are the same - wait until the beginning of next week. In total, 9 weeks have passed. I'm very disappointed with this type of institution.
