Did not receive my Country Living subscription, ordered May 19, 2021

I ordered Country Living on May 19th. and never received any of my magazines, I paid by check the amount of $12.00. Would you please check on my subscription? If you can not find it, I would like to cancel and would like a refund, I do have the canceled check from your office. Regards Marilyn

Unresolved subscription issue

What should have taken five minutes if I had talked to a live person took twenty minutes talking to a computer and my issue never was resolved. I got my address changed which wasnt the problem and still didnt get my missing issues resolved. I finally gave up. User’s recommendation: Don’t order this magazine.
