Country Inn andSuites by Radisson Elkhart Indiana ruined our entire vacation with bed bugs feasting on us in the middle of the night. Made their way into our luggage and now we have to destroy the luggage and our clothes and they gave us no help whatsoever! User’s recommendation: Stay away from this hotel at all cost!

I was charged the full amount with no breakfast, air conditioner was Noisy, carpet dirty, fingerprints on elevator door and the hotel was dirty. User’s recommendation: This hotel needs better management.
