poor quality installation

Very annoying when windows made in POLAND are made in UK (because it turns out is a buyer's office) and yet low-quality and unprofessional they are installed without the use of internal vapor barrier tapes.... not to mention the outside... dilettante and blister office.... but cheap.... but which can turn out very dearly at any time....
