They won’t give me the warranty that came with my Costa Del Mar sunglasses

I have been a die hard Costa sunglasses fan. I had my favorite pair on and leaned down to tie my shoe, they fell maybe from 4foot high, and it snapped the middle of the sunglasses. I need to talk to someone. I keep getting cutoff when I do the chat. Not happy with this issue. No one can tell me what happened to my 2 pairs of costa sunglasses I sent in 2 months ago.

2 months ago I sent in 2 pairs of costa sunglasses. I keep getting disconnected from chat because Im not very fast at texting. Very frustrating!! What I have found out is no one Ive talked to at costa knows what happened to my glasses.

About my broken sunglasses

I couldnt get thru to talk to anyone. It didnt give me that option but I would like to. My moms costa glasses had one side break off & I was trying to help her see how to get them fixed. We bought another pair today at Academia but her broken ones are her favorite.
