Hello, I wanted to warn about the attitude of Vodafone towards my customers. I am (soon I will not be) a Telstra customer. Knock down the phone just before the leap holiday and while there is a warranty fee for repairs to Telstra. In exchange, I received another phone that did not work normally and the charger did not charge at all. Well, after the league, I went to Telstra to ask, how do I give a broken phone? I received an answer - to glad that at all gave the phone for a change while my phone is being repaired. So I returned the broken phone to them, and I'm out of touch. I just want to know - how will they tell me that my phone is ready for repair! A painful experience about Vodafone service and attitude towards the customer. At least after this incident, I decided to change the operator!
