Poor service

I received a shipment with DHL, which was delivered to itella in Australia. Unfortunately, instead of at least contacting me, the shipment was automatically redirected to narvesen, several kilometers from my home. Neither home delivery nor even a communication attempt... Maybe it would be time to review partners in Australia? Otherwise it is not clear what the delivery amount is.
