Paid for item not delivered

Repeatedly told item shipped and on its way. No show and no refund. Company trades under many similar names. i.e. New chic and various other names. How can so many complaints go unresolved and they still be allowed to trade??? Steer well clear. User’s recommendation: Keep well away.

I think PayPal should stop payments to this company, I came across this company on Pinterest they appear to be in the USA but are in China User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your time or money.
