The payment I mailed in an envelope provided by Cooks Illustrated was returned to me as undeliverable. I just called to pay my bill.
I followed the recipe to the letter. It came out Dijon mustard juice. There was way too much liquid called for in the recipe. I like the book which was a gift my friend payed $29.99 for, but this recipe was way way off. Question is, do I just add more Colmans mustard powder or more seed...

Made the strawberry ripple ice cream in July/August 2020 magazine! It came out fantastic! I had been disappointed with Kitchen Aid recipes for ice cream. Telling the exact degree that the base needs to be before and after churning made a huge difference. Work but yummy! User’s recommendation: Try it!
