Internet is out after a storm no one showing up rude staff when i call nasty ans said i woukd have to pay despite no service

Lost phone service yesterday with no response?

Call them up and got song and dance , -going on 2 days and no help to get phone back on and called before storm with problem User’s recommendation: don’t use them if you want reliable service.
