Issue with hair dryer

Con air never answered my call-not when I called today or yesterday. I waited for a Conair rep to answer 20 minutes each day and no one ever picked up.

Blow dryer broken

Called about my broken blow dryer since its still under warranty. After being on The phone for 45 mins they said they would send me a return label to send my broken one back so they can send me a replacement. Its been almost 1 week and I havent received my packing label
