Ionic infinitiPro curling device malfunction

The device locked on a small piece of hair and would not unlock. Hair burned, and the emergency release failed. Significant damage to my head. Please replace with a refurnished or new tool to avoid this problem. User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY!!!
