Customer Disrespect!

1. Calling Viasat operators alone is a game of chance. 2. They do not listen to the client and only quote what the management dictates to them, and they are well educated on all points of the contract and are always ready to answer almost any situation when you want to terminate the contract prematurely 3. If you sign a contract with Viasat take responsibility and headaches for being their customer. Don't wait for help and welcome. And it could go on... Because avoid VIASAT and their unbreakable 24-month contracts. There are plenty of other, better providers that offer services.
