Poor service
I ordered a sofa in the online store www.110.shop , as the product is heavy, I also applied for delivery service and "pick-up" to the second floor, which is not a cheap service. I returned from work and waited, but delivery did not take place at that time. Delivery did not take place in the evening either, but at At 17:30 the courier wrote a text message that today will not arrive, waiting for delivery tomorrow. The next day no one called at all anymore, but when I became interested at 15:00, the 110.shop helpdesk "kindly" sent me a courier service phone number so that I could deal with the problem myself.
