I ordered a cabinet in the Optimus furniture store. The employee showed pictures and a shelf layout on the computer screen. Thanks for the size-I want a cabinet with 8 shelves as shown on the screen and 2m wide. A month later I was waiting for my closet, which was delivered to my home. Later, when opening the package, I realized that the cabinet does not correspond to the ordered - there are only 4 shelves and a width of 1. 5m. Call the store - there I was immediately told that nothing changes and that is my problem. I later applied to the same place where I had described the situation in detail. The employee read the application and was very outraged that I allegedly accused her of this situation, even though everything written was completely true. Denying that he made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. Of course I can't prove anything, because that's her name against mine. The same employee suggested to me that it would be better to write shorter and without offending anyone. In the face of it, I wrote that there was a misunderstanding and I wanted to change the cabinet to any other one that would match the size of the one I ordered. I waited half a month for an answer and received it by signing a contract (sometimes a receipt that does not indicate the size of the cabinet, only the name). I agreed to my freedom of choice and ordered what I wanted and no one would change anything for me. I order one size, I get another size. Who has freedom of choice here? The attitude of the company and store employees is very unfair. I feel very disappointed!
