Disgusting cars

I was a big lover of Communauto: what a great way to use a vehicle and lower the environmental impact. In the last 1.5 years they have degraded to the point of unusability. Absolute dissatisfaction

Have accidentally bought a pass and contacted the company within 10 minutes for cancellation not only nobody followed up on my case but also received extra fees for a service which I declared was just a mistake! Terrible service Not recommended at all User’s recommendation: Don’t subscribe.
