Again about the problem and reminded myself both in writing and by phone to customer service. After a month sent a courier who collected the "goods". Now continue the fight for a refund for the purchased product and delivery costs. After repeated calls, I have finally received a credit memo, but I have not yet received the money for more than 15 days after the return of the product, although the e-mail from customer service states that the money is returned within 14 days after receiving the goods in the warehouse. I do not recommend buying anything in this online store - service beyond all criticism and the only way to communicate is customer service, which is incapable of solving problems. The company does not have an understanding of who the customer is and how to communicate with them, do not expect anyone from the company to compensate or offer any "cookie" for your time spent and apologize for any inconvenience. Customer service girls will sound kind, but they will speak like autoresponders according to standard guidelines.
