Another complaint about this hosting company, I began to think that I do not recommend anyone to use their services because of complaints after the complaint. This time the problem is - at the end of the month, my hosting is expiring, an email arrives notifying me that it will expire in 7 days to renew. Okay, I do it, the money is sent, the invoice number is entered, everything is as needed - as usual. After a few days, a message comes again that it will expire in 5 days, then in 3 days... something went down, write them a support email for this event. Unfortunately, I don't receive any response, but I continue to receive notifications about the hosting expiration. As a result, my hosting plan was declined, I sent them a message again, but again,I do not receive any answer... Conclusion: 1. I have lost money for paid hosting that I have not received.2. I was polluted with their emails, which I should not have received because I was paid.3. The level of customer service is very low if you are unable to respond to two letters of support (support) within a week, even though these are working days, not holidays.4. Content that requires this hosting is currently down, so to speak. I'm in the red.
