Very poor service
Oceancom internet has been used for some years 10, but lately there have been such problems... Let's start with the fact that at least 3 times a day it happens that the internet just disappears for a minute. At first I think it is related to the router, but after the replacement there is no change. The speed of the internet itself - promised that the speed is up to 1 gbit / s, but I have never even had 100 mbit / s. The maximum of 25 seems to be ok, but annoying when you need to download large files. And then finally the biggest problem - once this happened very rarely, but now a couple of times a week stable. Internet speed simply disappears. It falls to the minimum of 1 mbit / s, which means that even the simplest pages cannot be viewed without a long wait. So it is for me at the moment while this article is. The video is literally impossible to watch, where else to play something online. Both called and written to them,but for the most part I am considered a fool who does not understand anything from computers. On one occasion he even promised to send a master, who never arrived. There was also a time when it was promised to check everything and call it back, but its "call back", of course, did not happen either. I'm very disappointed with this service, and if there is no change for the better in the near future, I will change my ISP.
