I would like to warmly advise people not to shop on this website - 110.shop. A friend bought a mobile phone Samsung galaxy S6802 as a gift for me. Already after the first month of use begins to appear the first defects - the phone "war" at basic operations. I filled in the necessary form for the RTD and took the phone to the warranty - the phone is held there and returned with a conclusion - No defects were found. I reconciled and continued to use it. It didn't take more than two weeks for the old problems to join the new ones - the phone became very slow and the conversations broke on their own. I collected all the necessary documents and created a new complaint with a number of existing problems and went for a second time for a guarantee, although their answer was already foreseeable. Of course, after keeping the phone in the warranty, the conclusion was unchanged. I would like to emphasize that when the phone was returned, indispensable foreign programs had appeared on it, as well as games that could not be deleted.
