Poor service

We were washing the car today. Of course the machine after washing was dirty. It is the most expensive feature but did not wash. The man turned to the salesman, who replied kindly that the car would not be washed once and that there was a very long procedure when writing an application to the management, etc. The machine will no longer wash there. Circle K is something more expensive but at least you know when it will be clean.
