On Saturday we decided to have dinner with my family in Ganbei Spic (we go regularly). When making the customer officiants did not say a word that will have to wait a long time, even though the tables were all busy. I ordered drinks, soups and a second... Drinks were brought after a while, soup was brought to me and my husband and I announced that the child would have to wait because the cook is confused by something. This will already seem suspicious, because in Spice everything usually happens quickly. After 2 minutes, the child also brought soup, which most wanted to eat. After enjoying the soup, the most interesting thing started.... He brought us a rush and said that he would be here soon.... we are waiting for it.. in total it took 10 minutes in total. si... and of course they are already cold. I ask the officiant where there is gas, because the rice is already cold... embarrassed and go.... Of course you can see that the gas is not ready yet.... We left... of course no one even sorry for this kind of service (I know that the level of service is low in Plaza, but Spic was once good again....) So you will lose loyal customers.... I don't think I will enter anymore....
